I built Opus for small stores that manage returns through email and do not need an enterprise platform. Set return rules, give customers a branded self-service portal, and complete exchanges, replacements, refunds, or store credit. For eligible fulfilled orders, add an online withdrawal entry with separate confirmation and an emailed timestamped acknowledgment. Setup takes about a minute with no code. Every current feature is free, and I am helping the first 100 stores get set up.
