Opus is for small stores that still manage returns by email or find Shopify's native flow too limited. Customers can find guest or legacy-account orders with an order number and checkout email, request variant or different-product exchanges, and submit evidence. Merchants review requests, track inbound returns, inspect items, export CSVs, and record approved refunds, store credit, replacements, or exchanges in Shopify. Setup uses guided defaults and requires no code.
