Free return portal for guest orders and customer-requested exchanges. No code or paid plan.
Opus is for small stores that still manage returns by email or find Shopify's native flow too limited. Customers can find guest or legacy-account orders with an order number and checkout email, request variant or different-product exchanges, and submit evidence. Merchants review requests, track inbound returns, inspect items, export CSVs, and record approved refunds, store credit, replacements, or exchanges in Shopify. Setup takes about a minute. Every current feature is free.
- Let guest customers find orders without creating a customer account
- Collect variant or different-product exchange requests before approval
- Track evidence, inbound shipping, inspection, and merchant decisions
