Returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Contact us or use our online return portal before sending an item back. Items sent without an approved request may not be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible, an item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging where applicable. Include the order number and any information requested during the return review.

Sale and clearance items are not eligible unless required by applicable law.

Items marked final sale, gift cards, and personalized items are not eligible unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible if an item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Include clear photos when available so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate resolution.

Return shipping

We pay approved return shipping when an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Use a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt until the return is complete. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.

Refunds and exchanges

We inspect approved returns after they arrive. If approved, we issue the resolution to the original payment method or store credit, depending on the option you approve. Processing times at banks and payment providers may vary. Exchange availability depends on current inventory. If the requested item is unavailable, we will contact you with the available options.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under the laws that apply to your purchase. Contact us before publishing if your store needs market-specific cancellation, cooling-off, warranty, or refund language.
