Add a Shopify return portal to a PageFly page
Opus ships a Shopify Online Store 2.0 app block. PageFly can place compatible Shopify app blocks on a page, so you can add a return button or card without copying scripts or editing theme code.
Add the Opus block
- Open the page in the PageFly editor.
- Add PageFly's Shopify App Block element where customers should find returns.
- Choose the Opus returns button from the available Shopify app blocks.
- Select a button, link, or card presentation and update the customer-facing text.
- Save and publish the PageFly page.

Test the customer path before publishing it
- Open the published page in a private browser window.
- Confirm the Opus entry point is visible on mobile and desktop.
- Open it and confirm the store's return portal loads.
- Submit a test request with an eligible test order, then remove the request from Opus when the check is complete.
If the block is not available in PageFly
Add the Opus floating tab from Shopify's theme editor instead. The tab is sitewide and does not depend on a specific PageFly page. In Opus, open Customer access, choose Add floating tab, enable the app embed, and save the theme.
