Is the Opus online withdrawal workflow free?
Yes. Every current Opus feature is free, including the withdrawal entry, confirmation flow, email acknowledgment, merchant request queue, normal return portal, exchanges, and Shopify Flow templates. There is no paid plan or usage cap today.
Does the customer need a Shopify customer account?
No customer-account login is required. The customer identifies an eligible fulfilled order with its order number and checkout email, then chooses the covered items and confirms the statement.
What does the acknowledgment contain?
Opus emails the checkout address a durable acknowledgment containing the withdrawing person's name, order, selected items, request reference, and the submission date and time.
Does installing Opus guarantee legal compliance?
No. Opus supplies a specific workflow for eligible fulfilled Shopify orders. Merchants remain responsible for legal scope, exceptions, withdrawal periods, storefront placement, policies, localization, and review under the laws that apply to their business.
